Fathers for Virginia is an orginization committed to reassererting the role of the father in the American family.
Our goals are:
*Stregthen families by giving meaning to the term Fatherhood.
* To ensure an ongoing releationship between children and their fathers after seperation or divorce.
*To elimate inaccurate and damaging sterotyping of fathers in any context,particulary in goverment policy and in media coverage of family issues.

Mission Statement

Fathers for Virginia is working for changes in divorce and custody law that will help preserve the rights of the non-custodial parents, and sheild the assets of all divorcing parents from a predatory legal system. Our primary goal is to expose to public view the extent to which the judicial system of Virginia has ceased to adminster justice in domestic law cases, and instead has transformed the state's courtrooms into feeding grounds for extortionate lawyers and other professionals who prey on distressed families. Custody litigation can destroy parent-child relationships and result in bankruptcy for providers. These facts make it clear that the goverment that claims to seek the best interests of children is in fact exposing them to the greatest danger. The state of Virginia is TRUANT on the protection of families.
